Your first box will be a special box put together by our team from your customizations, so you may not get the box you saw in the add. The add may have shown an older box, custom box or special promotional box.
Latest boxes are also reserved for existing subscribers who get first preference.
If you would like a certain box you have seen previously please submit a request after ordering and they will try and get it for you.
